A Program of Excellence
Established in 1994, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra’s Talent Development Program™ (TDP) is a first-of-its-kind initiative among U.S. orchestras, designed to identify, mentor, and develop middle and high school Atlanta musicians of African American and Latine heritage for careers as professional classical musicians. Talent Development Program students possess a passion for classical music and the drive to be a professional musician.
