LIVE Cancellations & Postponements
We are currently offering the following ticketing options for those who hold tickets to a cancelled or postponed concert.
Donate your unused ticket
Right now your donations to the ASO are more critical than ever. Please consider donating your tickets to provide the vital support needed for the music and musicians that inspire and connect our community.
To donate your tickets, simply email us at boxoffice@woodruffcenter.org with your ticket information. We will send you the recognition of this donation for your records and tax purposes thereafter.
Receive a credit on your ASO account
We'll put the funds on your account to use toward another performance this season or next, based on availability. These funds can be used toward single ticket or subscription purchases, as well as select Atlanta Symphony Hall LIVE concerts, based on availability. Simply email us at boxoffice@woodruffcenter.org with your ticket information.
Receive a refund
Complete the Request Form and someone will follow up with you in seven (7) business days. In order to process your request as quickly as possible, please include your first and last name, affected concert, patron and order number if possible.
