Deeply inspired by the rhythms and styles of his cultural heritage, Dylan found his true passion for music when he discovered the viola at age 11. He was immediately drawn to the instrument and has since dedicated himself to producing its warm, elegant sound under the guidance of Dr. Marilyn Seelman.
Dylan's commitment to music has been greatly enhanced by his participation in the Talent Development Program, which has opened many doors and contributed to his significant growth as a musician. He has been involved in numerous ensembles, including the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra, the Emory Youth Symphony, and the GMEA All-State Orchestra. Dylan has also had the opportunity to perform with members of the Detroit Symphony at the Interlochen Arts Camp and the Nashville Symphony at the National Pathways Festival.
Outside of music, Dylan enjoys playing soccer, spending time with friends, and working out.
