Mike Perdue

Biography

Mike Perdue is an American composer, percussionist, and technologist. His career as a performer spans numerous genres and settings, including chamber music, orchestra, solo percussion, drum corps, and online digital media. Perdue is originally from a rural community in Alabama. He completed his bachelor's degree in music performance at Carnegie Mellon University, and later his master's degree at Manhattan School of Music, where he later served on the college faculty. His principal teachers were Paula Williams, Tim Adams, and Paul Evans.
