UpTempo - Passion, Violence, Grief & An Unfinished Monument

Join us for UpTempo Teen Night, the ASO's dynamic preconcert session designed for teens and their families! This exciting evening will feature Jeffrey Rowser, Director of Bands at Woodward Academy, and Gina Calloway, Director of Orchestras at Woodward Academy, as they explore an all-Mozart program, including his Symphony No. 4, a powerful work of "passion, violence, and grief" and the remarkable yet unfinished Mass in C Minor, performed by the ASO Chorus and a lineup of outstanding soloists. The program will also include a guest teen musician and an interactive Q&A session. Following UpTempo, you are warmly invited to attend the ASO Delta Classical Series Concert.

This event will take place in the Circle Room at the Woodruff Arts Center. The Circle Room is located on the 3rd floor of the Memorial Arts Building.

Please Note: The classical performance tickets are included with the UpTempo ticket purchase, but tickets are not distributed until the end of the UpTempo event. Attending the UpTempo event is required to secure tickets for the ASO concert.
