ASO Launches New Program To Make Concerts More Accessible To All Georgians
The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO) has launched a new community access initiative called Amplify, through which community members who receive public assistance from the State of Georgia are eligible for free tickets to select concerts.
"We constantly endeavor to find ways to break down barriers and invite the entire Atlanta community to experience the powerful music-making of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra," said Jennifer Barlament, ASO Executive Director. "Music is a gift meant to be shared. This program will allow us to share our music with even more people, made possible through the generous support of our donors."
Eligible guests may sign up for the program through local social workers, government institutions, and community partners to receive up to 4 free tickets per concert for select Atlanta Symphony Orchestra classical and family performances throughout the season. Once enrolled, members of the program can log into their accounts to redeem their tickets the week of a performance.
